Hampton Elementary School Reviews

When I first moved to Hampton I was nervous about the school. Just looking at the outside made me wonder if this was a place I wanted my children to attend every day. My husband assured me that it would be fine. His entire family grew up in Hampton and attended the school. In the past 5 years I have found it to be the best place I could have chosen for my children. The most important thing about Hampton School are the highly qualified teachers. My children have learned so much and have loved each and every teacher they have had. Hampton is not afraid to spend money on our children's education. The class sizes are low and if not, they have a teacher's assistant in the room to help. You know the old saying, 'Don't judge a book by it's cover'!

My son's situation is like many with parents living in different areas. His father and I live in close, but different cities. I live in Coal Valley. Dad lives in Hampton. In comparing the two schools, we chose Hampton for the better education for our son. He is in 1st grade and is doing great. Being involved in school activities in Coal Valley through friends and neighbors, I am satisfied in our decision to send our son to Hampton instead of Coal Valley. The staff is exceptionally understanding and supportave to whatever the students needs might be. My son's situation is different from most of his classmates in the fact that Mom and Dad don't live together. His teachers and other staff take it upon themselves to have 2 copies of everything for each parent and are very cooperative to our sometimes hectic schedules. As parents, we made the right choice.
