The Figge Art Museum in downtown Davenport is located on the banks of the Mississippi River. The Museum was designed by British architect David Chipperfield. The noteworthy gallery includes: nine permanent collection galleries, traveling exhibition galleries, and art studios for children and adults.

Their collections of approximately 3,000 works reflect artistic styles and developments from the Renaissance to contemporary art, with particular emphasis in American, Mexican Colonial and Haitian Art.
