The fiscal apocalypse, which is supposed to blow a massive hole in the state budget, has not yet occurred, at least not yet. New Jersey has sold more than $1.5 billion in state and local tax credits to cover its revenue shortfalls, according to officials.

The muni bond market, driven by rock bottom policy rates, also shows that investors are not worried about a looming fiscal crisis. It also plays into the hands of states that are doing less well, such as New York, New Jersey and California.

He said that each region is experiencing a different experience, given the different public health constraints, and that some are only now beginning to feel the pain.

After a series of short falls into the Boone River, the waterfall is crossed by a short, cobbled drop of the Boons River and a short hike up.

When you leave the park, you can take in the panoramic Mississippi River views from the top of a steep, steep hill on the other side or check in at the Des Moines Convention and Visitors Bureau website.

Admission to the museum is free, but it's not a compressed adventure; there's plenty of art and admission is $5 for adults and $3 for children.

For those who love gardening, this Iowa State University hotel is not far from the campus, but it is directly across the street from the Crow Valley Golf Club. The hotel is connected to the University of Iowa campus by a two-lane road and is easily accessible by parking.

The lobby originally consisted of a two-story atrium, but during the 1978-1979 renovation, an elevator shaft was added to the east side of the building and the lobby was fenced in to create additional meeting space. A bowling alley was newly created in the basement, and shops, a restaurant and a lounge were integrated on the upper floor.

More than 7,000 people came to see the renovated hotel on September 15, and the Sundance Social Club opened as the hotel's restaurant. The Blackhawk Hotel features an extended stay hotel with banquet and meeting facilities including a renovated Gold Room, banquet hall and bar.
